The MiSTer Laggy is a display latency measurement tool for the MiSTer FPGA (DE10-Nano). Paired with the free MiSTerLaggy core, it measures exactly how long video takes to appear on your screen — so you can find the lowest-lag setup for your display, scaler and video mode.

How It Works

The MiSTerLaggy core flashes test patterns on screen and the built-in light sensor detects them, measuring real display latency at the top, middle and bottom of the picture. Live current, average, minimum and maximum readings let you compare displays, video modes and refresh rates to dial in the fastest, most responsive configuration.

3D Printing Note

As a 3D printed product, minor layer lines and small surface variations are a normal part of the manufacturing process. Each stand is produced to a high standard and structurally inspected before dispatch.
