    • For international orders, Retro Craft has no control with who our domestic carrier partners with for international deliveries. We will always use a 'better' from a 'good, better, best' model for a reliable carrier as a reasonable price.
    • Customs, duties, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges, if applicable, will be determined by the receiving country and are outside our control.
  3. Insurance and Responsibility for Loss or Damage in Transit

    • Retro Craft offers insurance values for our shipped consoles for the opportunity to purchase ahead of shipping.
    • Without shipping insurance, Retro Craft is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after the package has been transferred to the carrier.
  4. Tracking and Delivery Confirmation

    • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery of your package. Retro Craft does not guarantee delivery dates but encourages customers to use tracking information provided by the carrier.
