Important Notice – Sending in Your Console
How the process works;

1. Purchase the service(s) you require through our store
2. After checkout, we’ll email you with detailed packing and shipping instructions for sending your console and any required kits to us
3. Once we receive your console, we will:
   • Perform a thorough clean and initial test of your system
   • Complete all requested installations or services
   • Conduct extensive testing to ensure everything is working perfectly
   • Securely repackage and return your console to you via tracked shipping

Our typical turnaround time is 1–2 weeks from the date we receive your console. This may vary slightly due to high demand.
