Nintendo 64 USB-C Power Supply (N64 Pow) — 12V / 3A PSU Replacement

A modern USB-C replacement for the Nintendo 64's original power supply. The stock brick is heavy, bulky and increasingly prone to failure with age. The N64 Pow slots into the back of the console in its place and runs it from a USB-C Power Delivery charger instead — around 90% smaller and 80% lighter than the original, and sitting flush with the back of the console.

Power delivery has come a long way since these machines were engineered. A USB-C PD supply is smaller, cooler and far better regulated than anything available when the console was new — and when it eventually needs replacing, it is an off-the-shelf part rather than a hunt for a decades-old brick.

Fits Every Nintendo 64

Works with both NTSC and PAL consoles, slotting into the power bay at the back of the console in place of the original supply.

Requires A USB-C PD Charger

The N64 Pow draws 12 V at 3 A over USB-C Power Delivery, and a charger that cannot supply that exact profile will not run the console — standard 5 V phone chargers and non-PD chargers will not work, and can leave the console unstable or unable to boot. On our 200 W six-port charger use PD1; the 270 W supplies it on all four USB-C ports, and the 1000 W on all eight. Not sure what your charger can do?
